Working in tandem, these complementary systems establish a comprehensive defense framework, combining sea-surface monitoring with platform access control. Together, they deliver dual-layered protection and significantly enhance the platform’s overall security management capabilities.

Offshore Platform Deterrence & Repulsion System
The deterrence system focuses on dynamic maritime risk prevention. By integrating radar scanning, AIS vessel tracking, and video surveillance with electronic navigation charts (ENCs) and real-time radar echoes, it enables continuous monitoring of vessel movements in the waters surrounding the platform. The system is capable of Intelligently identifying hazardous vessel behavior and issuing early warnings. And Tracking and actively repelling unauthorized intrusions into the restricted safety zone. This ensures effective prevention of both collision risks and malicious approaches.

The software integrates multiple functions, including VHF voice broadcasting, customizable alarm settings, automatic recording of vessel status, and focused monitoring of critical areas. This enables unified operations from global situational awareness to fine-grained regional control, effectively assisting monitoring personnel and ensuring no gaps in safety management.

The system is equipped with advanced intelligent logic and decision-making capabilities. By applying preset rules such as electronic fences, restricted zones, vessel speed, and heading, it can automatically detect risks including intrusion, collision, and illegal anchoring. As the command hub of the offshore platform deterrence system, the software platform adopts a modular design, integrating five core function modules: electronic map, video surveillance, vessel list, broadcast status, and alarm information. These modules share data and work collaboratively, building an efficient safety management platform that combines three-dimensional monitoring, intelligent analysis, and rapid response.

Centrally manages all intelligently identified risk events, generating alarm lists and statistics.
Broadcast Status
Integrates VHF voice broadcasting, allowing alerts to be sent to designated areas while recording communication status, ensuring effective delivery of warning messages.
Electronic Map
The core of situational awareness, it integrates AIS and radar data in real time, dynamically displaying the position, course, and other information of all vessels around the platform, ensuring full situational clarity at a glance.
Video Surveillance
Displays real-time monitoring footage of surrounding targets and supports one-click linkage with the electronic map. A single click can automatically retrieve the corresponding video, enabling precise visualized management.

The Offshore Platform Anti-Boarding System focuses on preventing unauthorized personnel boarding. Relying on intelligent video surveillance, it accurately identifies intrusion attempts. Once an unauthorized boarding attempt is detected, the system immediately initiates deterrence procedures to prevent unauthorized approach, effectively safeguarding platform personnel and critical facilities.
