      Self-limiting temperature control power supply system 

      Traditional temperature-controlled switch-type constant-power heating tapes or self-limiting temperature heating tapes usually adopt a redundant heating design with a heating temperature higher than the insulation temperature of the pipeline. The higher the pipeline temperature is above the ambient temperature, the greater the heat loss and the more electricity is consumed. 

      The intelligent control and energy-saving embedded self-limiting temperature regulation system of Tongxin heat tracing technology adjusts the output power in real time based on the dynamic changes of pipeline temperature. When it detects a significant deviation between the actual temperature and the set value, it automatically increases the output power to accelerate the heating process. When the temperature approaches the set value, the system automatically reduces the power while maintaining precise temperature control within ±1℃, effectively eliminating the impact of frequent on-off operations of traditional temperature control switches on the power grid, and reducing peak load and energy consumption fluctuations. 

      The self-limiting temperature control system is controlled by an electronic power control module.Unlike traditional mechanical temperature control switches, it does not experience aging or wear, ensuring more stable and reliable temperature control with a longer service life.


      Networking form 
      It is composed of a system upper computer, a gateway, and an explosion-proof electric heat tracing intelligent control data transmission base station. It achieves ultra-long-distance stable communication through LoRa or 4G wireless communication modules, meeting different application scenarios in factories.
