    Very Early Fire
    Detection & Alarm System

The Very Early Fire Detection & Alarm System adopts advanced multi-spectral optical detection technology, specifically engineered for mission-critical facilities such as data centers, power distribution rooms, and offshore/onshore industrial installations. The system is capable of detecting the incipient stages of fire hazards (including overheating and smoldering phases), enabling accurate and ultra-early fire warning. With an optional high-precision Location module, the system can pinpoint potential ignition sources. By combining optical scattering analysis with machine learning algorithms, it effectively distinguishes fire smoke particles from airborne dust, achieving an extremely low false alarm rate. This provides proactive and reliable fire protection for key power and energy facilities.

      System Components & Application

      ————————————
      Aspirating Smoke Detector (ASD)
Continuously extracts and analyzes airborne particles and ions from the protected area. The detector converts data into communication signals and transmits them to the central monitoring system. It supports four fire alarm levels (Fire 1 to Fire 4) as well as four fault indications (main power failure, smoke recognition fault, high airflow, low airflow).
      Sampling Main Cabinet
Equipped with the aspirating smoke detector, HMI, miniature circuit breakers, power supply unit, Ethernet switch, communication gateway, and terminal blocks. The HMI displays real-time monitoring data and system status. When sampling values exceed preset thresholds, alarms are triggered and the alarm type is clearly displayed.
      Fault Location Module
The module is installed at the terminal of the sampling network. Once a fire precursor is detected and alarm is triggered, the module can rapidly locate the specific cabinet under alarm, guiding operators to promptly inspect and eliminate hazards.
      Sampling Network
The device is deployed within the monitored area, consisting of primary sampling pipes, branch sampling tubes, and identification tags. It ensures accurate air collection and stable delivery to the detector. Identification tags provide essential reference information for routine inspection, maintenance, and traceability, supporting long-term system reliability.

      Product Advantages

      ————————

      High-Precision Smoke Identification

Utilizes dual-wavelength LED technology (Osram Germany light source) with multi-spectral scattering analysis to differentiate fire smoke particles (0.5‒2 μm) from dust and vapor interference. Achieves up to 90% reduction in false alarms compared to conventional detectors.

      Ultra-Early Detection Capabilit

Capable of identifying nano-scale particles generated during overheating stages (sensitivity: 0.002% obs/m), providing fire alerts 1‒4 hours earlier than visible smoke detection. Fully compliant with NFPA 72 Very Early Warning Fire Detection Standards.

      Adaptive Environmental Intelligence

Equipped with self-adaptive algorithms to dynamically compensate for environmental interferences (seasonal dust, humidity variation, etc.), maintaining over 95% detection reliability in complex conditions such as data centers, substations, offshore platforms, and petrochemical facilities.

Very Early Fire Detection & Alarm Software Platform

The software platform features a visualized monitoring dashboard, supported by detailed data records, full lifecycle event logging, and centralized device management. It enables real-time monitoring of all ASD units, precise alarm location display, smoke concentration curves, and comprehensive historical data queries with event traceability— delivering centralized and efficient fire risk management.
