Phase-control voltage regulation is a mature motor speed regulation solution. Its core principle lies in precisely controlling the conduction angle of the thyristor to achieve smooth adjustment of the output voltage. This changes the equilibrium operating point of the motor drive system, allowing the system to operate under a new equilibrium point. At this stage, both the motor speed and torque are reduced, ultimately achieving dual goals of on-demand speed regulation and energy saving.

The system can replace the original soft starter of the water injection pump, improving the motor’s power factor and reducing losses in both the motor and the circuit. At the same time, it can regulate the system’s output power by adjusting the output voltage, significantly extending the service life of the entire water injection system and reducing maintenance costs.
