Automation
When the control panel fog detector is set to Automatic, the system will provide the fog detection signal according to actual conditions. When set to Manual, it will continuously provide a start signal to control the foghorn.

Intelligent Control
The system control cabinet is equipped with a touchscreen, which visually displays the operating status of the explosion-proof foghorn, high-altitude obstruction explosion-proof signal light, and explosion-proof navigation light. The PLC can also transmit the operating status to the central control system and receive control commands from it. The system automatically monitors the load operating status, and in case of a fault, it issues an alarm and sends feedback to the central control.

Modular Control System
The system adopts a modular design. Electrical components can be replaced according to load requirements, making component replacement simple and user-friendly.

System Functions

• Automatic/manual control of explosion-proof main/auxiliary foghorns, high-altitude obstruction explosion-proof signal lights, and explosion-proof navigation lights;

• In Automatic mode, the foghorns and lights are controlled according to environmental conditions:

• Fog signal activated when visibility is below 2 nautical miles;

• Fog signal deactivated when visibility exceeds 2 nautical miles;

• Navigation and obstruction lights turn on at night and off during daytime;

• Automatic switch to emergency battery supply in case of mains power failure;

• Automatic fault detection with alarm feedback.

Faults and Alarms

• The system monitors current loop continuity signals of the explosion-proof foghorns, obstruction lights, and navigation lights. If no signal is received within 70 seconds, the system identifies a fault.

• The central control can shut down the emergency battery supply via ESD.

• Charger faults will trigger an external alarm signal and panel display.

• Any device fault will trigger a buzzer alarm and send an alarm signal to the central control.

• After a fault occurs, pressing the reset button will stop the alarm.
