Our ultra-low-temperature prefabricated all-in-one air conditioner is a next-generation, state-of-the-art air conditioner, independently developed based on our company's years of experience in air conditioning production and drawing on the strengths of similar domestic and international products. This product features a novel structure, attractive appearance, easy installation, advanced technical performance, and stable and reliable operation. The unit integrates air cooling (or heating), drying, filtration, and purification, incorporating advanced energy-saving, low-temperature heating, and heat recovery technologies from the refrigeration industry. It offers high reliability, a wide operating range, and a variety of optional configurations. Standard units can reach a maximum ambient temperature of 48°C for cooling, while low-temperature units can reach a minimum ambient temperature of -26°C for heating. It is the preferred choice for cold northern regions and subtropical areas with humid and frosty winters.
Unit characteristics
The compressor is completely isolated in the compressor house, and sound-absorbing cotton is used to reduce outdoor noise; the Porplor axial fan is used to further reduce outdoor noise; the centrifugal fan has been subjected to strict static and dynamic balance adjustment, and the fan frame of the unit above 120 kW is equipped with a spring shock absorber to effectively reduce the indoor noise; all fans are connected flexibly, which effectively isolates the vibration of the fans and further eliminates the indoor noise.
The air box has a variety of function sections such as air inlet section, mixing section, air outlet section, exhaust fresh air section, filter section, cooling and heating coil section, electrical heating section, fan section, silencer section, humidification section, dehumidification section, heat recovery section, diffusion section, and sterilization section. With flexible combination of these functional sections, the indoor temperature and humidity are adjusted to provide users with a working environment that both the temperature and humidity are strictly controlled and various pollutants in the air are purified to a level that meets the standards of cleanness at the same time. A three-stage (primary, medium, and high efficiency) filter with a filtration class of up to H13 is optional for this series of products.
The overall structure is of packaged frame type with special sealing measures. The air leakage rate of BAM series products can reach L1 as stipulated in EN1886, the European Product Naming Standard (which is stricter than that as stipulated in GB14294, namely the air leakage rate of a unit under the differential pressure of 1,000 Pa shall be less than 1%).
The unit is automatically controlled by microcomputer, has LED status display, is simple in operation, and has complete functions; the complete protection functions (high and low pressure protection of cooling system, overheating protection of compressor, and exhaust temperature protection) ensure safety of the system; the unit can be equipped with a complete set of control according to customer requirements, or control port (R485) of the outdoor unit can be opened to customers.
Due to its integral design, the unit can be installed in a flexible and convenient way, and can be directly installed on the roof or in an outdoor space without a special room, saving installation space; its diversified air supply and return modes (such as side air supply and return, lower air supply and return, upper air supply and return, and straight-through type) ensure that you can make the choice easily and simply; the unit has been filled with proper amount of refrigerant when being delivered from the factory, and it is only necessary to connect the air supply and return pipes on site.
The compressor room and electrical control room can be removed quickly, which ensures that the operation can be completed in a convenient and quick way; its non-stop maintenance design brings great convenience to maintenance and management.
