Product introduction
The modular air source heat pump (water chiller) unit meets requirements of users for reliability, comfort, energy saving, flexibility, and intelligence of the products to a greater extent. The modular air source heat pump (water chiller) unit integrates the advanced energy-saving technology, low-temperature heating technology, high-temperature hot water technology, heat recovery technology, and modular technology in the refrigeration industry. It has excellent reliability, wide operating range, and a variety of options. The ordinary unit is capable for the cooling in the highest ambient temperature of up to 48°C, while the low-temperature unit is capable for the heating in the lowest ambient temperature of –26°C. The high-temperature hot water unit is able to provide a hot water outlet temperature of up to 60°C. The modular air source heat pump (water chiller) unit is widely used, and is applicable for villas, hospitals, hotels, office buildings, entertainment venues, restaurants, supermarkets, and other places.
Product characteristics
1.High-efficiency scroll compressor
The unit is equipped with an efficient flexible scroll compressor, and its motor is effectively cooled by low-temperature return gas refrigerant to always maintain efficient operation; the high temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas is compressed and then discharged directly, reducing loss of pressure and heat and improving energy efficiency.
2.Electronic expansion valve
The unit is equipped with 480-step electronic expansion valve for precise throttle control and dynamic matching of the refrigeration system, so that the unit always keeps operating at the optimal energy efficiency level.
3.High-efficiency and low-noise axial fan
The patented spatial-warping and serrated blades of airfoil type with large chord is used, and the high-efficiency double speed fan with inner rotor is equipped (optional). The fan has low noise. The complete machine is characterized by low heating quantity, low power consumption, and long service life; and, the fan has an energy efficiency of Level 1.
4.High-efficiency fin type heat exchanger
The heat exchanger on air side of the unit is of tube coil type with high-efficiency copper tube and copper fins and anti-corrosion coated aluminum fins, which makes the air flow more smoothly, reduces frosting, and improves heat exchange capability. The heat exchanger is equipped with internal threaded tubes, which not only increases the heat exchange area, but also enhances the disturbance performance of the refrigerant.
5.New shell-tube type heat exchanger
The heat exchanger on the water side for air conditioning mode of the unit is a patented new shell-tube type, which is easy to be disassembled, cleaned, and maintained. The orifice plate distributor is used for flow distribution. Compared with the baffle flow distribution or the flow distribution without distributor of the traditional shell-tube type heat exchanger, the refrigerant distribution is more uniform, the shell and tube volume is smaller, and the heat exchange efficiency is higher.
The single unit is designed with multiple refrigeration circuits, which can support the capacity regulation of up to 4 levels. Under the maximum number of modules combined, it supports the capacity regulation of up to 64 levels, which is close to the effect of stepless regulation. The unit is able to assess the system's load demand intelligently, adjust the capacity output, avoid unnecessary energy loss, and keep the unit running at the lowest energy consumption state.
1.Integrated protection
The unit has more than 10 safety protection functions, which provide comprehensive protection for the unit and its systems. The unit is equipped with compressor, fan motor, water flow, high and low pressure refrigeration system, water temperature, anti-freezing, power supply, and other multiple protection.
2.Standby operation after failure
Each module is designed with at least two systems, so that the other system can operate normally when one loop system fails. When the modules are combined, normal operation of other units will not be affected when any unit is subjected to maintenance or repair.
3.Three-level test
All products have passed strict tests, including the new product development test, ex-factory test, regular and irregular sampling test. New product development test: The new products must pass strict limit tests, so that the operating range, safety, reliability, service life, capacity, and efficiency of the unit meet and exceed the requirements of national standards. Ex-factory test: The representative indicators of the unit were tested and conformity of the unit was judged. Regular and irregular sampling test: It refers to type test of the unit, which is used to test stability and consistency of the unit products manufactured on the production line.
1.Large capacity combination
The unit adopts a modular design and can be used to control up to 64 compressors, which meets the load demand of different buildings.
2.Flexible application
The invested unit is easy to be expanded in terms of capacity, which is convenient for staged investment. The transport unit is compact in size and can be transported independently without special machine room. It only needs to be installed in a well ventilated position without special machine room and cooling water system.
3.Balanced running
The running status of each compressor is monitored in real time, and the running time of each compressor is adjusted in an intelligent and balanced way to extend the overall service life of the unit.
4.Intelligent defrosting
The unit is designed with a high-precision temperature sensor, which can accurately sense the changes of system pressure and temperature in case of frosting, and intelligently select the best defrosting time to avoid the problems such as endless defrosting or frequent defrosting.
1.Intelligent interlocking function
End interlocking: Start and stop of the unit are controlled according to the use of the end equipment to realize the fully automatic operation; Remote on/off control: Start and stop of the unit are controlled by a remote switch; Chilled water pump interlocking: Start and stop of water pump are controlled to avoid the harms caused by the reason that the water pump fails to interlock with switches of the unit; and System auxiliary heater interlocking: Multiple variables are used to judge the power-on conditions of the auxiliary heater, in order to intelligently control the start and stop of the auxiliary heater, and achieve the purpose of energy saving and comfort.
2.Building control (optional)
The controller of the unit can be optionally equipped with an RS485 communication interface, which connects the unit to the building automation system (BAS) for centralized control, realizes intelligent management, and saves the operating cost of the air conditioner.
