Explosion-Proof Distribution Box

Product Overview
The enclosure is made of carbon steel or stainless steel, precisely welded with argon arc protection. The surface is treated with spray coating or chemical finishing. The box is equipped with buttons, indicator lights, ammeters, voltmeters, selector switches, and other components as required by the user.

Cable entry and exit are through explosion-proof cable glands, ensuring convenient wiring, firm connections, and reliable operation. The joint between the housing and the cover is sealed with high-temperature and aging-resistant rubber strips, providing excellent dustproof and waterproof performance. Custom designs are available upon request.

Application Scope

• Suitable for Zone 1 & Zone 2 (gas hazardous areas) and Zone 21 & Zone 22 (dust hazardous areas);

• Applicable in explosive gas atmospheres classified as IIA, IIB, and IIC, as well as explosive dust environments;

• Suitable for environments with temperature groups T1~T6;

• Widely used in chemical plants, refineries, oil exploration, offshore oil platforms, oil tankers, and military industries.
